If you feel there are transactions on your OurPass account that you believe weren't conducted by you or you feel like that transaction was a mistake, don't worry! Here's what you can do:
Step 1: Log In to your OurPass account
Step 2: On your Home Screen, under "Activities", select the transaction you want to report. You will be taken to the "transaction details" page.
Step 3: On the transaction details page, click on "Report this transaction"
Step 4: Fill out our transaction reporting form with your details and explaining the need to report that transaction.
Step 5: Submit the form and we will review and get back to you as soon as possible for resolving this matter.
