We completely understand that a limit on transaction value can be frustrating at times. That's why our customers can upgrade their OurPass account to be able to conduct high-value transactions. Here's how:

Step 1: Log In to your OurPass Account.

Step 2: Go to the "More" section at the bottom of your Home Screen.

Step 3: Click on "Upgrade Account." It is the 4th option on the "More" screen.

Step 4: Enter your BVN, Date of Birth and Gender. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 5: Enter the OTP and confirm your Account Upgrade.
