How to request on the app

  1. Sign up/ Log into your account

To begin, you must have an OurPass account and be a verified merchant. Download the OurPass app on Playstore or the Apple Store. Sign up and follow the detailed verification process to get verified. 


  1. Open the menu bar

Once logged in, click on the three parallel lines at the top left of the home page to open the menu bar.


  1. Select ‘’Point of Sale (POS)’’ 

Proceed to select the Point of Sale option from the menu bar. 


  1. Click on Request POS 

Click on the Request POS button clearly shown on the page.

  1. Fill in all necessary details

Once you click on the Request POS button, a form would be presented for you to fill out. Once filled completely and thoroughly, click on Request Terminal.

  1. Sign up/ Log into your account

To begin, you must have an OurPass account and be a verified merchant. Sign up on the OurPass site and follow the easy verification process to get verified. 


  1. Click on ‘Point of Sale’

Once logged in, check the left-hand side of your merchant dashboard for the ‘Point of Sale ‘ option under the Seller Tools heading. Click on it. 

  1. Click on Request New POS Terminal

Proceed to click on the Request New POS Terminal button underneath the search bar. 

  1. Fill in all necessary details

Once you click on the Request New POS Terminal buttona form would be presented for you to fill out. Once filled completely and thoroughly, click on Request Terminal


Within a short period of time, your request will be processed, and a suitable response will be sent in turn.
