Once you have successfully created your OurPass Shopper Account, You can simply Update Your Profile by following the steps below:

Step 1: Log In to your OurPass Mobile App via iOS or Android

Step 2: Go To “Account” icon at the bottom right corner of the Home Screen and Click on “Personal Data”. You will be taken to your Profile Page.

Step 3: Update Your profile and add Shipping Address then save your changes. 

NOTE: You can only update your Username and Shipping Address on your own. To update your Full Name, Email or Mobile Number, kindly reach out to us through any of our communication channels.
