If at any time, you can't remember the Transaction Pin you used when creating your OurPass account, no worries! Here's how you can reset it:

On Shopper App


Step 1: Login to your account and go to the "Account" section.


Step 2: Click on "Change Transaction Pin" under "Security."

 

Step 3: Click on "Forgot Transaction PIN? Reset Here"


Step 4: Follow the instructions to reset your transaction pin.


On Business App


Step 1: Login to your account and click on "Settings" .


Step 2: Click on  "Security" and select "Forgot PIN".

 

Step 3: An OTP will be sent to your email to verify your email address, enter the OTP received and click "Confirm".


Step 4: Another OTP will be sent to your phone number in a text message, enter the OTP received to verify your phone number and click "Confirm".


Step 5: Enter a NEW PIN and Confirm the NEW PIN then click on "Reset" to  reset your transaction pin.
